I think the fact that they terrify you means you ARE branding them into your life. Taking it seriously. We all have those pretty plaques with inspirational words on them but who really "dances like no ones watching"...really? DO IT...it IS terrifying. If you can take one or two of these phrases and make them happen great things will happen. cheers to 2014 my friend.
I totally dance like no one is watching... when no one IS watching ;-) I turn off the lights late at night and plug in my earphones and dance around my living room with all the curtains drawn.
