The covers on top of Kismet. He looks all the little cutie here! I am a stomach sleeper and Kismet has taken to sleeping under the blankets with me, one paw outstretched, touching my arm under my pillow. I have to admit, it is pretty darn cute!

The kids got home tonight and Rowan found the Rainbow Loom case and extra elastics I got for her while she was gone. In this picture she is tutoring me on the correct assembly of the Diamond Ridge Bracelet and fixing the mistake I have just made. She loves being a teacher!

Book three of the Outlander series. Loved book one, hated book two, So far, reserving judgement on book three, if it lives up to book one, I shall continue. Music is something that is always a part of my life. I got this stereo two Christmas's ago and it is still going strong, always with music on. It is such a huge part of my life, so able to shift my mood from bad to good or back again with just a change in beat. Favorite song right now: A Thousand Years. Every time I hear it, I think about River and the Doctor ;-)

New this year, I will be following a photo blog Fat Mum Slim with daily suggestions on what to post for the day. Today was The Sky. You can see the ice clinging to the trees from the freezing rain.
