Sick Day

R came home from her Dads feeling like crap and a giant, can't sleep, eat or breathe cold. A day off school to recuperate seems to have done wonders. Also, Onyx has realized that if he snuggles with R, she will pet him or brush him without even noticing.

Eddie the Shark

The kids have been at the grandparents all week which is sucky but mucho looking forward to camping with them in just over a week. And we get to do Halloween at the campground! In honor of that, I bought Eddie this shark costume, cute cause it is a shark and adorable cause Eddie hates water. He hates it :-D

#46 From Where I Stand... On This Side of the Fence

I have a neighbor who breeds and trains border collies. They are surprisingly quiet and love to run along the fence to say hi whenever I pass by. On another note, today was Family Day in Ontario and, because I did a favour for my ex-husband, I ended up loosing Family day with my kids. Not a good day at all here, spent all day thinking about my babies and missing them like mad.

The covers on top of Kismet. He looks all the little cutie here! I am a stomach sleeper and Kismet has taken to sleeping under the blankets with me, one paw outstretched, touching my arm under my pillow. I have to admit, it is pretty darn cute!
